Description
The Yaxell Super Gou Nakiri knife is a classic Japanese style vegetable knife with a straight symmetrical edge, most commonly used for chopping, slicing and mincing vegetables or fruits. The flat blade means you can cut all the way to your chopping board without utilising a rocking motion. The blade's core is made from extremely hard SG2 powdered stainless steel while the handle is made of canvas-micarta that is water resistant and will last for decades.
